General meetings

Document storage
Part of our duties as professional property managers is to maintain a file for each of our clients. For this reason, we store the following documents: property documents, the protocol book, building plans and executive drawings, the incoming and outgoing correspondence log, the building’s technical passport, if available, the income and expenses book, and other relevant documents.
Preparation of an annual budget
The "Property Manager" prepares an annual budget according to Article 23, Paragraph 1, Point 4 of the Property Management Act, a plan for the expenditure of funds for repairs and renovations, and provides reports on their execution.
